My name is John Agnew, I am the co-owner of Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air. I began my carrier in the summer of my 8th grade year helping my brother James with plumbing. I received my Journeyman plumbers license at the age of 17. I worked with Agnew Plumbing until 1989, I then went to work for Armstrong Mechanical and Gibson Plumbing Heating & Air where I learned the HVAC trade. In 1995 I returned to Levelland and opened Areawide Plumbing Heating and Air for 15 years. I sold the business in 2010 to become the City of Levelland’s Chief Building Inspector. I had the opportunity to purchase Robertson Heating & Air in 2020, I truly had missed helping others and jumped at the opportunity to once again fulfill that desire. I married the love of my life Misty in 2013 and now have 4 sons, 1 daughter, 2 daughter-in-law’s and 4 grandkids that are all the light of my world. As most everyone knows I am a huge animal lover and can’t go by one without loving on them. My hobbies include spending time with my family, classic cars and traveling. My mission for Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air is to bring quality, and service from a Christian based, family-oriented company to the people of Levelland and the surrounding communities.

Misty Agnew is the co-owner of Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air, she has recently retired from 32 years in the medical field. Misty is originally from the small town of Post, Texas, but moved to Levelland in 2013 when she married her sweetheart John Agnew. She has been able to bring true small town values and customer service to the business. She has spent the majority of her life caring for others and has enjoyed being able to continue that at Robertson & Agnew. Together Misty and John have 4 sons, 1 daughter, 2 daughter-in-laws (that she totally considers her own, and not in-laws), and 4 precious grand babies. Misty’s family is her whole life and everything she does is for them. Her hobbies include, loving on all of her animals, all crafts and floral design, drawing and painting, classic cars and traveling. She has thoroughly enjoyed being able to be the one who first visits with the customers and helping them in anyway she possibly can.

Jocelynn is the proud mom of a sharp-witted preteen son and a sweet and sassy elementary aged girl. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and snow skiing with her kids as well as gardening, building furniture and hanging out with friends. She worked for Jerry Robertson five years before the business was bought out by the Agnew’s, and she treasures the friendships she has developed with customers through the years.

Steven, mostly known as Scuba, started out as a plumber’s apprentice under John when he was just 20. They worked together at Area Wide Plumbing until John sold the business in 2010. The office joke is that Scuba truly is John’s son because they share an uncanny amount of quirky work habits. Scuba will be eligible to apply for his Master Plumer license next April and is planning to do so as soon as possible. He is the proud father of three extremely talented kids and enjoys hiking with his family and wood working on his days off.

BJ is a native west Texan who graduated from Whitharral ISD in 1999 and has spent 4 years doing HVAC installation and repair. He is the proud father of 5 children and has been married to his beautiful wife Jennifer for 18 years. He is a certified EPA Universal Technician and enjoys helping our customers stay comfortable in their homes and businesses.
